I wanted to let you know since I have DISH Network as my TV provider I have a Sling box which allows me to stream live TV content onto your iPhone or even laptop. As an employee with DISH, I can tell you that COMCAST plans on giving that ability to their customers but not until later this year! It's not the rep's fault but it is her job to make the customer happy.
