Look Ma, I'm on TV

My friend Bill Bland is one of my favorite hackers. He invited me to give a talk at Justin TV, where he's very busy building cool software. Here's my take on what's important when doing a startup.

I've grouped the talk into three main areas:

• The Raise
• The Build
• The Exit
